[cisco-voip] LDAP Resync?

How large is the install?  Is it a pub/sub environment?  How many users are syncing?

OK. so I have CM 6.1 with LDAP to AD.  just added a user but I need to get the user up on UCCx and it's not coming up.  so I need to synce up CM with AD.  What kind of performance ht will I take if I do the "perform Full Sync now"?
