[cisco-voip] grabbing screen shots from 7940/7960

Anybody have any clues on how to convert the XML file you get from a screenshot from a 7940/60 into a gif? 

I tried using the cip2gif exe but it pukes. I can't even seem to view the cip file using imageviewer.
