The certificate we added to the trusted root cert store was called
"CallManager." You can get to the cert. in OS Administration ->
Security -> Certificate Management. This is documented somewhere, but I
forget where.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Cisco WebDialer Cert

We recently upgraded our cluster to CUCM 6.1(2) and are having an issue
w/ the web dialer where it is giving us a Certification Error in
Internet Explorer, and users are having to "Click to Continue to this
Website, Not recommended" error page (we can click to continue and
everything works fine). We use the web dialer to be able to click to
dial from an internal directory on our intranet. In 4.2(3) we didn't
have any issue, but I am assuming the Cert Error is because CUCM 6
requires a bit more security. Does anyone have any idea what Cert I need
to download and import into the trusted root Certs in Internet Explorer
or how to fix this? There are a couple of different Certificates in the
Certificate Management under the OS Administration site and I'm not sure
which one to use.

Thanks in Advance.

David
