[cisco-voip] grabbing screen shots from 7940/7960

before the first <CiscoIPPhoneImage> in your email there is a hypen.  I
can't tell whether that was put in as part of pasting into email or whether
you have that in your .cip file.  That hypen shouldn't be in the XML/CIP
file so remove it if you can and try cip2gif again.

Also, as for cisco making it so hard.  All the new phone models that I've
tried (that run Java) produce a nice human readable screenshot jpg file
direct from the /CGI/Screenshot/ url.

So Cisco has fixed the problem, just not in the 40/60s.
