[cisco-voip] Controller VWIC-1MFT-T1 error

When I insert VWIC-1MFT-T1 in my router(1760/2811).I m getting this error "%CONTROLLER-2-FIRMWARE: Controller T1 0/0, firmware is not  running".Any idea Why & what is the solution. Thanks
