[cisco-voip] CCM4.1.3 to CUCM 6.12 upgrade - upgrade utility reported problems !!!

If you are concerned about the upgrade utility error then just  
upgrade the OS.

For the platform issue I don't see anything in the log that  
references that.  Is it perhaps detecting a lower speed processor  
than you really have due to a bios issue?

yup, my server is HP-DL320 G3 with 3,4 Ghz processor..

but as seen in the log output i've send..
that's the thing cisco upgrade utility reported ( cissco upgrade  
assistant )..i suppose it reffers to that that maybe DMA wouldn't  
create correct export file in that OS enviroment..
although i aggree it doesn't make sense..

usually i use DMA without checking prerequisites with upgrade utility..
but this time i've used it beacuse cisco recommends it..and i'm going  
to run DMA in production so i just wannted another check using  
upgrade utility..
so the result is those two errors..

first one about failed software validation..
second one about unsupported hardware..


according to upgrade assistant i shouldn't even start with DMA..
so, as i said, is it a bug in assistant ( both new versions )..

or i have problems on my roadmap..

I don't see why your Windows OS version would have anything to do  
with your migration to 6.1.2.

Does your DL320-G3 have the 3.4GHz CPU? That's the only one on the  
list but it is supported.

upgrade from CCM 4.1.3 to CUCM 6.1.2 is supported and it's also  
supported on the hardware my client uses HP-DL320 G3..
so we're planning to use DMA 6.1.2..
so i've staged existing productional publisher on spare identical

on the site there is no docs mentioning OS 2000.4.2 as manadatory..or  
i'm wrong..
version 4.3.6 even reports me besides this error another one "  
hardware validation faild "..
it's saying that CPU is not enough ( or something like that ) for  
CUCM 6.1(2)..
although on http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/voicesw/ps6790/ 
ps5748/ps378/prod_brochure0900aecd8062a4f9.html it's says it's  
supported..
so, do you trust upgrade utility or not..
and what's about that hw failed validation in 4.3.6..it's mismatch  
according to the site..
