I also had the same problem. I needed to change a parameter in caller ID to the value reverse-something. I dont have the VG here at the moment so I cant check.

I have this strange issue.....(every issue is strange at the outset)
 
we have 7911, 7912, 7941, 7961 models of IP Phone. only the 7941 model has its time synchronised with the CCME. other model do not have the time syncronized with the CCME. what could be the problem???
