Subject: [cisco-voip] Unity Connections 2.x backup

Using UC 2.x (linux version). Trying to use SFTP or SSH to copy backup files off box to a W2k3 server. In creating the backup device on UC I get the following error “Update failed. Unable to access SFTP server. Please make sure the login credentials and path are correct.” This message shows consistently no matter whether I have SFTP or SSH running on the W2k3 server. I’m using the Administrators credentials to start SFTP/SSH on the W2k3 server. No errors in the event log on the W2k3 server. I can ping in both directions between the servers with response times of <2ms. Anyone have any ideas?
