[cisco-voip] What would cause DTMF not to go through

The rtp-nte is used typically for SIP trunks. H245-alphanumeric is what
you would typically use. Have you determined this to be for one specific
user or is it more widespread?

What's the difference between 

 

 dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric

 

and 

 

dtmf-relay rtp-nte h245-alphanumeric 

??
