[cisco-voip] Cannot get more than 4 calls to the PSTN

Which is this 5th call , is it when the site is in SRST  or this a call
orginating from the  same site or a call coming in from a remote site and
using this gateway for PSTN access.

Can you give more detail about your call flow. PVDM 2-32 would mean 32 voice
channels or 1 E1 of calls based on codec compelexity configured on your
system.
