I know that it won't be very helpful on your specific case, but here is the link where you can get the signification of the q.931 various disconnect cause codes :

In your case 0x80FF :

 

Cause Code Origination Point => 80-the router

Disconnect Cause Code =>  FF  - Interworking, unspecified - This cause indicates that an event occurs, but the network does not provide causes for the action. The precise problem is unknown.
