[cisco-voip] management / install -- Ops manager suite

IMHO, ops manager is not worth it - Limited feature set for the money. 
I tend to speak highly of Prognosis, however that is also pricey.

What specific features are you looking for?  Do you want something you 
can just install and have it start alerting you or do you not mind 
digging into it and doing some configuration work, etc?
