I backed off my wait-wink timer to 1000ms from 550 default and all is well now.

Subject: [cisco-voip] e&m wink-start resource issue

I am running into an ongoing issue with a call validation server connected to an e&m wink-start DS1. Over time, each of the channels goes into RLS_REQ state where it will no longer process calls. This continues until all channels are in this state and no more calls can be processed.

Call flow PSTN -> ISDN PRI -> 2811 VG 12.4(20)T1 -> E&M Wink-Start DS1 -> Validation server

I have been working with TAC on the case already and I have output from vpm signal, voip vtsp, vpm all, vtsp all. Any other ideas where I might start looking?
