It is-look at the 7.x release notes and new features (24 new
conversation changes).

I have already looked into this and there is no hack for the 2.x version
thanks to the closed architecture of the appliance model versus the
open model of the Windows version. Supposedly it is going to be an
option in connection 7.x. I have not had a chance to upgrade to it yet
though so I don't know for sure.

Since Unity Connection 2.x does not provide the checkbox to prevent the
greeting "please wait while I transfer your call" like Unity 4.2 and
better does, how would I remove this greeting?
I had heard it needed a similar unsupported hack like in the Unity 4.0
days.
