[cisco-voip] Fixed MOH source volume - CM 5.1

On a related note I recently worked on a fixed MOH audio quality issue where
they had a device like this installed and it was dropping the audio level so
much that the "white noise" in the input signal was pretty much all you
could hear.

Followup to this issue for reference. Had our radio guy help out with the
signal quality etc, turned out to be a big help. We put an attenuator
in-place between the radio and the mic input on the MOH server, worked
wonders. Here is the device he used:

Please feel free to share the make and model of our in line solution. It's
called an "in line solution" made by Shure... it's a "Line Input Adapter"
model number A15LA and basically it adds 50db of attenuation to any audio
signal. In layman's terms it "pads" or "lowers" the level of an audio
signal. In our case it took a "line" level signal and turned it into a
"mic" level.

You can get them anywhere on line, but for sure (Pun Intended) at the Shure
store - Shure.com then look for "Pro Audio" then "Problem Solvers."

Maybe it will help someone else :)

Did you ever find a solution to this?

Thank you.
