[cisco-voip] analog gateway port numbering (VG248 vs VG224)

man, just when you thought you had an easy thing going. 

the VG248 ports are number numerically, 1 through 48. easy enough, grab the last 2 digits. 

couldn't last. nope, not a chance. 

VG224 ports are numbered beginning with 0 and using hex. So the first port is 00, tenth port is 0A, and 24th port is 18. 

good grief.
