[cisco-voip] Unity 7, no pak needed?

Is Exchange 2007 clustering on the roadmap for support with Unity
Unified Messaging (with Exchange) 7x ? Why was it missing from Unity
7.0(2)?

One thing to be careful about, Unity 7 doesn't support partnering with
Exchange 2007 clusters.  So if you are running that for your messaging
infrastructure, you are best to stay on Unity 5 (with ES) until Exchange
2007 support is added to the Unity 7 product.

You are ok - no additional license is needed.

Read the release notes and upgrade docs but basically you need to run
Unity 7 perm wizard and then run the Unity 7 setup and that's about it.

Email licensing at cisco.com requesting a license for UNITY5-SL32-VUPK9

 

Give them your UCCS contract number, existing mac address and hostname.

 

The upgrade 5x key is the same one you need for 7x upgrade.

pak????????
