[cisco-voip] Attendant Console Pilot Point - queue hold time

Hi,

 

We are experiencing a problem related to Attendant Console Pilot Point.
Let me try to explain.

 

A call reaches Pilot Point, we have queuing enabled, music on hold is
played.

 

Queue hold time set to 10seconds.... That not works, the call is never
hanged off. We have tried all possible route call methods.
