[cisco-voip] CCM 4.1(3) audio delay !!!

I just had that exact same problem in 4.1(2), nothing worked or even  
had a noteable impact,
except upgrading to 4.2(3), after having upgraded (last sunday) I  
haven't been unable to replicate the problem.


Check out the patch notes for 4.2(3), there were some changes made to  
sccp packet handling, and a new mode
added for problems with sccp delivery.
