Hi,
Its maybe my understanding of the pickup group configuration in CUCM6 but is
somebody able to clarify the following for me.
In the pickup group settings you can add multiple pickup group numbers, my
understanding was this was a hierarchical kind of system,
For example:
pickup group 1000, which has the following in it
PIckupGroup
1000
1001
Does this mean that if two calls are ringing and are associated to the two
different pickup groups then the priority is 1000 pickup? And if a call is
ringing a DN associated to the 1001 pickup group then it can pick this call
up?
I'm sure I've seen this working in this manner, however I've tried to set it
up and it does not appear to work. The phone reports there is no call to
pickup.
Thanks
D
