Hi
You would have to add a prefix (the 9) on external incoming calls.
There exists a serviceparamter for this(Incoming Calling Party National Prefix, under Device - PRI and MGCP Gateway) if you are using an MGCP Gateway. If you use H323 I belive you need to add the 9 in the gateway.

Ämne: [cisco-voip] Call back to recieved Call - Dialing 9 Problem
Hi,
I have IP telephony setup includes callmanager 4.3 with IP phones and 2811 as voice gateway. I configured digit 9 to make offnet calls now the problem we are facing when someone from pstn call on DID number, calling number saves in received calls. User can not dial that number directly because of that 9 digit.
Please suggest me the solution for this i believe this topic would already discussed but i couldn't find any post on it.
Waiting for immediate response.
Best Regards
Rameez
