[cisco-voip] Filter syslog messages

The level was informational (the 6) (wich I asume is default). I changed it to 5 so hopefully it wont remove to much messages

Please check the logging level you have set on these routers, looks like you have logging level set to debugging for syslog messages which is generating all the messages.
