[cisco-voip] http://<ipaddress>/ccme.html returns blank page

Hi there.

Does anyone know what would cause a UC 520 to return a blank page when attempting to access ccme.html?

According to the CUE http GUI it can also not connect to CME so is there a way to disable the GUI?
