Neither the bug nor you say, but have you tried a browser other than
Internet Explorer?  The Call Manager administrative interface uses a
lot of JavaScript but the JavaScript implementation in most browsers
is extremely slow.  I personally recommend giving FireFox 3 a try -
it's JavaScript implementation is much faster than anything IE has to
offer, even faster than FireFox 2.  Google's Chrome browser is
supposed to have a fast JavaScript implementation but I've never tried
it.
