Sounds like a registration timeout error. Try reducing the sip register
timer down from 3600.
You could debug this by using IOS Service Diagnostics and setting
triggers for SIP registration timeout or failure, to send you an email.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Tracing SIP vs PSTN outbound
I have a customer with a UC520. They have a SIP trunk setup which is
used for inbound and outbound calling, plus two PSTN lines on the FXO
ports, that used for fallback and because they aren't ready to get rid
of them yet.
A few times in the past few weeks, they have found they can only have a
total of two inbound/outbound calls, which seems like the SIP trunk
isn't working, but when I dial in later on, all seems to be ok. How
should I debug this?
Regards
Daryl
