[cisco-voip] Case sensitive logins - CRS Historical Reporting - CCX

Seems like agents were not, but I agree that appadmin is not.  CCM 6.x does not seem to care either.

I don't know about you...but my agents are still case sensitive.  (5.x) and so is the appadmin.
