It is really vendor specific.  Your best bet is to ask the vendor for a sample.

Some carriers require authentication and be registered as an endpoint while others are simply a SIP dial-peer.

What vendor will you be going through,

Anyone have a link to setup a 2800 series ISR for outbound sip trunk? Calls would ingress from a T1 VIC and all calls would egress to sip provider. Need a bare config to start testing a working solution. Any link pointing me in the right direction would be appreciated.
