[cisco-voip] No Corpoprate Directory available on Phones

Hello Team!
I use CUCM 6.1
System version: 6.1.2.1000-13
I am facing the following problem:
All our Hardphones do not request the Corporate Directory or the Help Pages, when i press the Directory or "?" Button. The correct Locale Files are not loaded, too.
When i use an IP Communicator, it behaves completely different. The IP Communicator loads the correct locales and reqests the Help and corporate directory files, when i press the appropriate buttons.
The IP Communicator and the Hardphones reside in the same Subnet. The CUCM resides in another subnet. There is no Firewall in between. I tried to put the Phones in the same subnet as the CUCM, but that did not fix the problem. I also tried another phone load.
Any ideas ?
