thanx ryann..

yup, i'm aware of that, and in the case this things repeat, we'll need to
open a TAC case..

at the time, we're just monitoring situation in the next period..

i suppose i woudn't be polite to open a case based on " it didn't work, not
it works "..

so if it happen' again, we'll know what to do..

i was just wandering maybe somebody noticed something like this before and
reported it, beacuse it is ubnormal behaviour ( happend on several branch
offices an dcentral one )..

:-)..

regards..

The default tracing is Error level which won't be of much use I'm afraid.

If you really want you can open a TAC SR and upload whatever traces you
have, the application and system logs from your servers, and some examples
of calls that failed (including calling/called numbers). Maybe there will
be some hints in there for things like route lists unregistering, etc.

at that time ( few hours ago ), just default trace settings were
configured..

so they are the only one we can collect from those critical moments..

can they do any good?..

thanx..

Did you happen to gather any CCM traces from the time when the calls were
failing?

Without these it is impossible to determine what was happening.

hi group..

is there any reported bug or strange behaviour in CUCM 6.1.2..

the situation is as follows:

we have 6.1.2 cluster on 7835 and SRST routers on remote locations..

all the central and remote site gateways are h.323..

everything worked fine for 3 months..

in one moment all PSTN calls from central site and few of SRST sites ( each
site using it's local h323 gateway ti get PSTN ) started to fail..

after the PSTN number was dialed, nothing happend for a while and then fast
busy signal occured..

all incoming calls worked fine..

it looked like no calls are getting to gateways at all..

also no calls through h.323. trunk worked as well..

after callmanager service was restarted on both servers ( pub and sub ) it
looks everything worked..

any ideas?..

thanx..

regards..
