[cisco-voip] Unity "express messaging"

I have a client that is a "nortel guy" and we have installed callmanager /  
unity for him. He would like a DID programmed to mimic the nortel "express  
messaging" feature, where you dial the DID and it asks you for the number  
of the mailbox you wish to leave a message in. It would then take you  
directly to that person's mailbox, never ringing their phone. I also wish  
to leave the "call transfer" setting on each user's mailbox to "ring  
subscribers extension." I don't seem to be able to rig it up to work.

Any ideas?
