Hello Folks,
We are working on a cisco call manager 6.1 installation and have a requirement that we support a third party SIP phone, actually two phones, Mitel 5330 and 5340, with wireless handsets. Does anyone on this list have any experience with integrating third party sip phones with cisco call manager. I am specifically concerned with how practical it is to try and integrate 3rd party phones. I would imagine the limited feature set would just get annoying when compared to the cisco phone users. Any comments?
Is it worth the trouble?
These will be executive phones.
Mike
