It's supported in CME as MeetMe and Multi-Party Ad Hoc. I think the same rules for CM Meetme apply as well. You won't get a PIN login to the conference, but a party from the inside can create a conference and allow outside parties to join it.
Pretty much a hack, but would work.

Not natively but you can connect a Meetingplace express server to a CME deployment.

Does CME support any form of dial-in call conferencing? Similar to the scenario where you would provide a call-in number and PIN, having the attendee connect to the conference from an outside phone number.
