Hi all,

1- Is there any way that we could monitor which trunk is ceased when
operator presses 9 for outside calls. I just check with an Avaya
engineer, and he told me that this feature is available with even IP
Office 400 series without any additions. Although Attendant Console
can monitor the line status of user phones, but nothing related to
trunks. So is there any third party application for this purpose and
compatible with CCM and CCME?

2- With analog PBX, trunks can be configured to be disconnected after
certain amount of time (say 5-minutes) so maximize the availability OR
the operator can do that after informing the user. Not available in
CCME.

3- If Call Block is enabled for certain dial-patterns, along with COR.
Which will take precedence?
