[cisco-voip] IPCC Express and Email Queuing

Hello All

Is anyone doing anything related to handling email contacts and/or web
chat contacts in IPCC Express?  Of course when we purchased our system
over a year ago, our partner said "Oh yeah, it can do that".  Now we are
just trying to find out what it takes.  

I found some docs on Cisco's website about Cisco Email Interaction
Manager for IPCC Express and Web Interaction Manager as well.  I have
requested some more information from our new partner.  

If anyone knows anything about these add-on products or other third
party products that would be great.
