7961's also support G.722, just not the iLBC codec. They don't have the special handsets/speaker phones though for wideband like the 7962's.

7960 - First gen... solid line buttons.. pretty bad resolution.. no 802.3af standard PoE
7961 - LED's for line buttons, 802.3af PoE
7962 - iLBC - low bit rate internet codec support, g722
7965 - Colour screen
