Check whether those subscribers are set to adjust the time automatically for
DST (assuming they are Windows CCM).

Subject: [cisco-voip] Date/Time Issue
Hi all,
I had a weird instance occur on Monday. One of our offices opened and
noticed that the time on most of their phones (80%) was off by an hour.
This office is located in the Central Time Zone. We have other offices in
the CT that were not off at all. All offices in the CT use the same
date/time group. The only difference between these 2 locations is the server
they register to. I checked and the server times are within 15 seconds of
each other. All of our other offices in PT, MT ET were fine as well and
they also register to one of these two servers.
Anybody got any ideas?
Thanks,
Mark
