[cisco-voip] calling getservicesmenu.asp from another xml menu

Lelio,

FWIW when I push services on my IP Phone with CM 5.1, it is requesting:
GET
/ccmcip/getservicesmenu.jsp?locale=English_United_States&name=SEP000F3487EA29
HTTP/1.1\r\n
