[cisco-voip] CUCM 6.1.2 Integration with NICE Logger - Extension Mobility

Hi there

Does anyone have experience with CUCM 6.1.2 Integration with NICE
Logger? Specifically, can extension mobility users be recorded?

Having issue with recording for Extension Mobility user and the NICE
engineer is pointing the finger that the Cisco TSP has issue?
