You could simulate the call with the “Dialed Number Analyzer” - it may also help with determine the route/PRI taken.

CDR should show you the particular PRI and channel that the call ends up at. look for the destination device field I think.

Its a MGCP gateway cisco 2851. I did get an alert saying a new gateway was registered and available. I guess I was wonder how to trace a phone call at this facility to make sure it was going out the correct PRI first.

Any place that shows how to set up the CDR records to show this?
