[cisco-voip] RTMT message???

The only thing that could apply to me here is #4. And that narrows is down to 1 of 2 things.

1. I ssh'd to the box at one time and was timed out but CM continues to have write failures because it didn't properly dispose of the connection.

2. Sftp (does the DR backups, and is essentially ssh) is having a connection hang. Our backups run at 2am but I don't see these errors until 8am-11am, and it's always more than one.
I normally don't ssh to the box, but I did notice this start happening after I did one day, so I think #1 is what's really happening.

Any of this correspond to what you are seeing Scott?

from programming perspective there was a session open to sshd. SSHD tried to write to that session but received an abort/failure response. This is most likely to happen:
1. ssh to CM from a client that is over vpn or firewall
2. disconnect client from network
3. allow timeout on either vpn concentrator or firewall
4. cm times out SSH session and attempts to send the nice message "timeout...thank you for using..." (sorry, don't have the exact text handy). Attempt to send message fails because ssh client is no longer there.

I would like to know too. The only pattern I have noticed for mine is it only happens in the AM and it only happens on my publisher. I must admit though, I haven't done any searching on it.

What does this message really mean?

I just upgraded to CM 6.1.2 and I get these every once and a while and really don't know what it means:

"following SyslogSeverityMatchFound events generated: SeverityMatch - Critical sshd[15538]: fatal: Write failed: Connection reset by peer "

Thanks

Scott
