[cisco-voip] Speech Connect transfer to CUCM6

The correct format is sip:%D at x.x.x.x HOWEVER you have to make sure
that have that in both the transfer format fields on the dialing page
(both internal and external). I had the same issue until I realized
that even though I don't want to use external transfers i still have
to specify a format
