Can you provide more information:
* code version on router
* router
* card type
TAC will normally just replace the module if they suspect a possibility of it being hardware related.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Cisco VOIP PRI interface error C5510-1-C5510_CHPI_ERROR
We have a Cisco router with a VOIP PRI card installed. It seems to be
working well but all of suddent today we had 2 or 3 times where the
devices started logging this error (via syslog):
C5510-1-C5510_CHPI_ERROR: cHPI error for pa_bay 0 pump 0 dsp 9.
There were hundreds of these errors in the span of a few seconds and all
active calls where dropped.
Google didn't return anything particularly illuminating. The cisco page
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/12_3t/system/messages/smg2tmsb.html
says:
Explanation: The FPGA has detected a protocol error involving the cHPI.
Can anyone shed some light on this issue?
Regards,
