[cisco-voip] bearer capability on ata 186 for modem and fax

we have ata 186 attached witch analog modem or analog fax. the problem is 
that were getting blocked by some fax devices because everything we send 
comes with bearer capability speech.

on the voice port i deleted the bearer cap. commannd but dont know how to 
set it up just for the atas
