you will need to look at the hardware metric for your hardware.

IPCCx requires a minimum of a 78x5 h1 or equal.

CM can use a 78x5 3.0 but you need ram and drives (72gig)

With all that said, I just completed the upgrade from 4.1.3 to 6.1.2 and
UCCx 4.0.1 to 5.0.2 and I would if at all possible go to new hardware so you
can do it in parallel!  It will save you lots of time, energy, and
headaches.
