[cisco-voip] Audit logins into CCM 6.x

Closest you'll get is the HTTP server access logs, which will tell you 
the CCM web page that gets hit, the timestamp, and the IP address that 
hit it.  Not going to give you much detail about what someone actually 
changed though.
