There are some defaults for it depending on the version of IOS you have and
what you might have on the voip dial peers.
I believe defaults as of late are control CS3, media EF.

Subject: [cisco-voip] do H323 set the dscp bit by default?
I have a CMM with 12.4(15)T4. I'm just being lazy. but does anyone know if
a H323 VGW marks it's packets with a DSCP bit or not. I was hoping not to
do a packet capture.
Thanks
Scott
