[cisco-voip] howto: automatically backup cme config

Erick,

Thanks for the link.  Not sure why Cisco wouldn't want to post TCL/Expect scripts to add with a product that badly needs a built-in automatic backup function.  I figured this was the only alternative.  Thanks for the link.
