[cisco-voip] howto: automatically backup cme config

I never tried what was in that cisco netpro discussion, I just
remembered seeing it in past and saw people discussing same here so
found the link and replied. Probably need a server and know how to get
a TCL script running for a network job, which is something I don't
know how to do offhand.
