[cisco-voip] CUPS/OCS Licensing

Just for verification from the Cisco folks here, does enabling a CUPS
user for presence (in UCM) and enabling 'MOC Enabled' (in CUPS) use one
or two DLUs?

 

I've got conflict here from real world deployments and even between
Cisco SEs.
