[cisco-voip] anyone play with phone designer yet?

I ran into something like this. After enabling personalization, the
phone had to be reset.

I have Firmware 8/4/1 and CM 6.1.2  and have personaization enabled and
have installed the phone designer.  but I'm getting an unknow problem
error and I'm wondering if someone knows anything or how support is on
this.  I'm trying to open a TAC case and have no contract for it.  Are
they selling smartnet on a free app?
